Update Your AACSB Information

Updating Your Information

Each individual can edit his/her contact information by accessing their individual AACSB account in myAACSB at my.aacsb.edu, clicking 'My Account' and 'My Profile'. There you can 'Remove/Change Organization' if you have moved from one AACSB member institution to another and 'Update My Profile' to update your name, title, and contact information. Each individual at your organization should login to their own individual AACSB account with their institutional email address. To establish or reset your password, select "Find my account by email address" or "I forgot my password." The changes you make here in your main AACSB account will carryover into your AACSB Exchange profile automatically.

New User?
First time visitors may create an account on the myAACSB login page. Enter your organizational email address (.edu, .org, etc) and a list of schools will populate. Select your institution to be affiliated with the school and begin receiving member benefits. You can then set up a password, update your profile and begin making connections!


Official Organization Contact Changes

Official contact changes and official organization changes are outlined below and require manual confirmation by AACSB staff to ensure accuracy for our membership records. Please submit one change form per individual.

Official Representative: (head of business unit, e.g. dean, director) In accordance with AACSB International bylaws and policy, an institution's official representative must be the head of the business unit. They receive all official communication, including accreditation decisions and voting privileges.

Primary Contact: Upon authorization of the Official Representative, notifications concerning AACSB events and services, notice and access to the annual dues renewal invoice, and DataDirect administrator access will be directed to this person. All official communication, including accreditation decisions and voting privileges, will still be sent directly to the head of the business unit.

Administrative Assistant: Upon authorization of the Official Representative, this individual directly supports the official representative and may assist with correspondence (i.e. confirming accuracy of contacts, delivery of official correspondence, etc.)  He/she will receive notice and access to the annual dues renewal invoice. 

Accreditation Representative: Upon authorization of the Official Representative, this individual directly supports the official representative and may assist with correspondence related to the school's accreditation efforts (i.e. confirming accuracy of contacts, delivery of official correspondence, etc.) 

Accounting Accreditation Representative: (chair or head of the accounting department of an AACSB accredited school that, in addition to business accreditation, also holds AACSB accounting accreditation) Receives all notifications concerning AACSB events and services and accounting accredited specific emails.

Official Organization Changes

This includes official name changes for the member organization and/or business unit, including organizational address changes.
