As the Accreditation Manager, you will serve as a liaison with universities as the subject matter expert for AACSB’s accreditation standards and process. You will build sustainable relationships and maintain close coordination with university representatives, mentors and peer review teams while providing advice and counsel through a variety of channels, including virtual and in-person contact, through field visits and through other collaborative efforts.

 

How you will Contribute:

  • Develop quality assurance strategies for individual member schools throughout the world through a variety of methods, including advice and counseling calls and meetings, conducting field visits, and assisting with school collaborations.
  • Serve as the organization’s representative for a specifically assigned geographical area, maintaining a deep understanding of the higher education situation and developments in that area, and sharing knowledge internally as appropriate.
  • Act as AACSB’s representative during targeted recruitment and information exchange events for a specifically assigned geographical area(s).
  • Actively participate in the development of strategies to improve the service delivery of the Accreditation department and retain educational, non-profit, and government members in support of AACSB's global membership and accreditation strategy.
  • Act as staff liaison, building and sustaining relationships with an assigned portfolio of accredited and accreditation seeking schools in close coordination with mentors and peer review teams.
  • Review and analyze membership and accreditation eligibility applications and school documentation to be considered by accreditation committees and serve as a resource for accreditation committee members in preparation of and during committee meetings.
  • Research and validate best practices and assist other AACSB departments and volunteers in the development and implementation of member and accreditation focused seminars and workshops.
  • Actively participate in industry related activities; promote AACSB accreditation and member services at events, workshops, conferences, etc.

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English language
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
  • At least five (5) years of experience working in higher education and/or providing guidance and interpretation of quality standards
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally up to 10 percent of the year

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
  • In addition to the required five years of experience mentioned above, at least one year of experience working directly with AACSB’s accreditation standards through an AACSB accredited college or university

As the Data Systems Architect, you will be responsible for designing the infrastructure for all data systems to organize and extract organizational data, and to maintain data integrity. The Data Systems Architect identifies both internal and external data sources and seeks solutions to supplementing data needs. The Data Systems Architect provides database, reporting and business intelligence support across the organization.

 

How you will Contribute:

  • Develop and execute solutions to enhance AACSB’s data infrastructure.
  • Design and implement effective processes to store, retrieve, and transform data.
  • Document systems, keeping the backend technology, service, and API documentation up to date, including the building of workflow documentation to help explain systems as needed to other stakeholders.
  • Review code for data engineers on the team to provide support and quality control before changes are released.
  • Monitor AACSB’s data assets and perform troubleshooting and testing to ensure workflows are functioning as required.
  • Recommend and evaluate combinations of technologies (including playing a role in vendor evaluation) that are suitable to AACSB’s needs and evaluate how they integrate with existing stack.
  • Develop and implement policies that support the data governance framework to protect AACSB data assets.
  • Partner with internal clients to understand their data needs, make recommendations for potential data assets to integrate with, execute projects, and provide actionable analyses.

Required Qualifications:

  • Mastery of Python and SQL
  • Fluency in English language.

As the HR Administrative Specialist, you will provide valuable support services to the Human Resources and Governance team. As the HR Administrative Specialist, you will often be the first point of contact with our job candidates, creating a positive first impression and helping them navigate through the recruiting and hiring process. Your efforts with Governance will provide professional-level support to our board of directors and board committees.

 

How you will Contribute:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure that our recruiting and onboarding processes offer an optimal experience to both our applicants and our hiring managers. Efforts include posting jobs, scheduling interviews, conducting follow up contacts with hiring managers and job candidates, and facilitating pre-hire processes.
  • Assist with employee communications, helping ensure that internal communications are posted timely through AACSB’s Intranet.
  • Prepare and draft professional documents and forms for the HR and Governance team. Provide support for the coordination of board committee meetings. Provide support for our employee wellness and recognition programs.
  • Compile and maintain employee records, both paper and electronic, and ensure that information is entered accurately within the HRIS. Pull reports and queries from the HRIS as needed to support HR decision making and operations. Communicate with managers and employees to ensure that HR-related activities, such as performance reviews, are completed on time and accurately.
  • Reconcile benefits invoices and other HR and Governance-related invoices and serve as a point of contact with Accounting for transactions.
  • Provides administrative support as needed for HR and Governance, which will include the development of PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, surveys, and DocuSign envelopes.
  • Maintain compliance for HR and Governance activities related to the position.

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English language
  • Associates degree and at least two years of administrative specialist experience, or a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources with successful completion of an HR internship.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Able to travel out of state/out of country (approximately 15-20 days/year)

As the IT Applications and Training Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with all business units to manage our SaaS applications, integrations, and training. In this role, you will be accountable for the security, integrity, and performance of the applications that our business relies on.

  • Collaborate with IT team members and colleagues organization-wide to ensure applications meet end user requirements.
  • Maintain upgrade schedules and annual assessments of all enterprise SaaS applications.

With these vendors, you will also coordinate SSO and other integrations as appropriate.
  • Create and facilitate training opportunities for new and existing end users.

As the IT Project Coordinator, you will keep IT projects on track and within budget by planning, supporting, and finalizing projects to end user specifications and IT requirements. These efforts include acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The IT Project Coordinator will also support the project's objectives, oversee quality control throughout its life cycle, and oversees change management within the project.

As the Learning Technology Manager, you will be a strategic and trusted partner to the AACSB learning and development, accreditation, and IT teams. In this role, you will be responsible for all operations, administration, and integrations of the existing AACSB learning technology ecosystem with a focus on learner engagement and member experience.  In addition, you will be responsible for the evaluation and implementation of new and emerging learning technologies that drive user engagement, improve the learner experience and drive efficiency.

This role will also be responsible for all asynchronous content, including AACSB content and partner content, along with meeting budgeted revenue goals for the asynchronous product line. 

This is an externally focused learning technology role that will create engaging offerings for our members and clients, not employee-based learning efforts.

 

How you will Contribute:

  • Consistently evaluate the existing learning technology ecosystem and drive efficiency, including the AACSB LMS (D2L), synchronous platform (Zoom), virtual conference platform (Hopin) and evaluation platform (Qualtrics)
  • Partner with the learning and development and accreditation teams to ensure delivery schedule of virtual, blended, and asynchronous programs
  • Develop a strong partnership with the AACSB IT team to anticipate and resolve user access issues due to platform upgrades, system changes, and outages and support Alliance configuration for new product requirements

The Research & Thought Leadership Manager will advance AACSB’s thought leadership, advocacy, and product innovation initiatives by leading the development and execution of market research projects, including surveys, trend reports, and research reports.

 

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the liaison between the marketing and communications and data teams to analyze and communicate high-level trends to advance AACSB’s advocacy, PR, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Increase value for members externally, as well as support strategic decisions for the executive team internally, by managing internal and external research surveys (e.g. Qualtrics) including design, implementation, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and writing of report summaries.
  • Conduct research and writing/editing of positioning papers, briefings, and global trend reports to external and internal stakeholders.
  • Support internal and external requests (e.g., media requests, presentation development, etc.) regarding global business education trends and best practices.
  • Engage in new product development research, including environmental scans, interviews, surveys, focus groups, and other analysis tools to assess new product demand and viability and “go or no go” decisions.
  • Support the organization’s advocacy and thought leadership framework and monthly content themes by serving on AACSB's editorial planning team.
  • Serve on the AACSB website development team to maintain research, thought leadership, and data assets and ensure content is accessible, relevant, and valued by stakeholder audiences.

Minimum Requirements

  • Fluency in the English language
