The Director of Curriculum and Learning Strategy is responsible for the development of a portfolio of high-quality interactive learning content for in-person, self-study, and virtually led professional development programs. This strategic role focuses on the design, growth, and delivery of innovative multi-modal learning experiences that aid today’s higher education professionals in honing their skills and shaping higher education programs to create the next generation of great leaders.
This individual will have extensive experience in curriculum and instructional design, learning management systems, and delivery. They will lead efforts to ensure content is accessible, engaging, and relevant on a global scale, manage external partnerships and vendors, and leverage data to inform continuous improvement. The role demands strong leadership in innovation and quality assurance in learning content development, requiring collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support educational goals and learner outcomes.
How You Will Contribute
- Develop a comprehensive learning content strategy that supports organizational goals and personalized learning journeys.
- Leverages an entrepreneurial mindset to transform content into revenue generating programs and activities.
- Proactively completes practice analyses, consulting with AACSB volunteer leaders and members to identify required skills and knowledge for specific roles and industries, understand learning needs and tailor programs to address learning and development gaps.
- Leads development and programmatic planning efforts for the development and execution of engaging and effective content through the AACSB’s Academy and coordinating seminar curriculum.
- Design learning content for a global audience while addressing regional specificities for broader relevance and engagement.
- Design learning experiences across in-person, virtual, blended, and asynchronous formats.
- Manage external content developers and eLearning vendors to ensure quality and strategic objectives are met.
- Develop and facilitate master trainer programs, leading train-the-trainer sessions to empower educators and trainers.
- Ensure learning materials comply with legal and practical accessibility standards to make content inclusive and accessible to all learners.
- Establish and manage success criteria for learning content, using program data and insights for continuous improvement.
- Set up and oversee Program Advisory Councils to incorporate learner feedback, ensuring content relevance and impact.
- Collaborate with business leaders and educational institutions to develop tailored learning solutions.
- Create certification programs that validate learner achievements and competencies.
- Inspire content innovation and maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and learner engagement.
- Analyze marketing performance to optimize strategies and improve program registration rates.
Requirements
- Fluency in the English language
- Master’s degree in a related field and at least seven (7) years of Higher Education, Learning & Development, Professional Development Program Management and/or Leadership Development experience
- Experience leveraging LMS systems to develop and implement competency-based learning plans and utilizing assessment tool insights to revise educational approaches to achieve outcome goals
- Proven history of designing and managing complex programs and successfully implementing effective learning experiences
- Track record of proactive and effective partnerships with key stakeholders where you ensured timely delivery of services and achievement of business goals
- Ability to see the big picture with a curious and inquisitive mindset that drives innovation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of learning programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field and at least 10 years of Higher Education, Learning & Development, Professional Development Program Management and/or Leadership Development experience

As the Meeting Planner, plays a pivotal role in managing and executing all logistical and operational components of AACSB’s events. This position is responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of high-impact programs across various formats, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, on both domestic and international stages. The role requires an innovative approach to event operations, an understanding of global trends in meeting planning, and a focus on providing exceptional value to participants. You will be expected to define milestones and deadlines and coordinate both the team and external contractors to ensure a successful event that meets organizational goals and expectations.
How You Will Contribute
- Oversee the end-to-end logistical and operational execution of assigned L&D programs, including logistics planning, platform requirements, value-added opportunities, program execution, and post-event evaluation for in-person, virtual, and hybrid deliverables.
- Conduct ongoing research to stay ahead of industry trends in global meeting and event planning. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to incorporate cutting-edge practices that elevate the attendee experience and meet product-line needs.
- Partner closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Communications, and Content Programming to ensure event logistics align with promotional efforts, contributing to the overall success of revenue-generating initiatives.
- Manage all aspects of facility and vendor selection, contracting, and negotiations for events. Ensure all stakeholder expectations are met through effective communication and oversight.
- Lead the financial management of assigned events, including budget forecasting, billing reconciliation, payment processing, and providing detailed financial reports to Executive Team. Ensure that all events are delivered within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, both internal and external, ensuring regular communication and collaboration to meet the strategic goals of each event. Lead discussions and planning sessions to align event objectives with broader organizational goals.
- Manage location planning, vendor sourcing, and budgeting for domestic and international events. Collaborate with regional partners to tailor event logistics to local needs while maintaining consistent global standards.
- Perform duties in accordance with AACSB International’s Misson and Values.
Expectations
- Global Event Travel: This position requires up to 30% travel annually, both domestic and international, to manage on-site event operations and establish relationships with global partners and vendors.

As the Member Engagement Coordinator – Asia Pacific you will represent and promote AACSB, and supports initiatives focusing on business schools, businesses, and other key business education stakeholders with primary emphasis on the Asia Pacific region. The main focus will be on activities in South and Southeast Asia.
This role is best suited for candidates who have a robust background in member engagement or related fields, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the dynamics within the Asia Pacific business education landscape.
How You Will Contribute
- Collaborates closely with the Regional Head of South Asia and the Member Engagement Manager of Asia Pacific to bolster their activities across the regions
- Provides clerical support as needed, helping with various administrative tasks to support staff.
- Ensures that membership data in the CRM system is accurate and up to date.
- Provides support in preparation for presentations and marketing materials for AACSB International to be utilized during outreach activities and external events.
- Interacts with prospective and existing members using appropriate media for stakeholder needs, including direct conversation, video conferencing, phone calls, and social media.
- Engages in proactive outreach activities focused on member recruitment, researching, and targeting specific countries and/or regions to foster membership growth, outreach, and support.
- Performs duties in accordance with AACSB International’s Mission and Values.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Fluency in the English and an additional Indian language is essential for effective communication with educational stakeholders across various regions of India
- Three plus (3+) years of relevant experience in member services, recruitment, or a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Word), and other related software
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications and technologies to work efficiently
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in direct conversation, video conferencing, phone, and social media platforms
- Ability to travel internationally up to five times a year

- Five plus (5+) years of relevant experience within an international organization
