Official Contact Changes

Official contact changes are outlined below and require manual confirmation by AACSB staff to ensure accuracy for our membership records. Please submit one change form per individual.

Official Roles
The official representative is the head of the business unit (e.g., dean, director). In accordance with AACSB bylaws and policy, an institution's official representative must be the head of the business unit. They receive all official communications, including accreditation decisions and voting privileges.
Upon authorization by the official representative, the primary contact receives notifications of AACSB events, services, annual dues renewals. The primary contact also has administrator access to DataDirect. All official communications, including accreditation decisions and voting privileges, will still be sent directly to the head of the business unit.
Upon authorization by the official representative, the administrative assistant directly supports the official representative and may assist with correspondence (confirming accuracy of contacts, delivery of official correspondence, etc.). They will receive notice of and access to the annual dues renewal invoice.
Upon authorization by the official representative, the accreditation representative directly supports the official representative and may assist with correspondence related to the school's accreditation efforts (e.g., confirming accuracy of contacts, delivering official correspondence, etc.).
This individual is the chair or head of the accounting department of an AACSB-accredited school that, in addition to holding business accreditation, also holds supplemental accounting accreditation. The accounting accreditation representative receives all notifications concerning AACSB events and services and emails specifically related to accounting accreditation.
