9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. CET | 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. SGT
Seminar Overview
Discover best practices on bringing your school’s mission to life through strategic planning. Join an interactive cohort of peer business school leaders in a live, virtual session to explore examples and challenges related to strategic planning. This seminar is broadly about strategic planning – how to create goals and measure those goals to monitor strategic progress. Through interactive exercises, the facilitator will relate your plan to the AACSB standards and build your knowledge and confidence in effective plans and processes. Engage in peer discussions, breakout sessions, and group interactions, to explore the short-and long-term implications of strategic choices including resource and faculty management. Gather relevant, timely examples that will support you and your institution in your strategic planning journey. Learn how to gain university and college-wide support for your efforts, and how to educate your peers to become change agents in support of organizational goals. Your strategic plan is more than a shared document, it is an opportunity to unite your stakeholders to strengthen your school, university, and community.
