Each year, AACSB staff join other organizations in the Tampa area to spend a day in the classroom. The event, Diploma-See, was created by the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce and Junior Achievement.
Additionally, employees are encouraged to be involved with volunteer activities around the community. Employees are provided with time off to participate in group or individual activities that they are passionate about.
