Call for Proposals

Proposals are reviewed on a monthly basis, and you will be notified by email if your submission is accepted.

Unlike traditional conference calls for proposals, this submission is not tied to a specific conference or event. Instead, proposals will be reviewed and if approved, matched to the most appropriate opportunity: a conference session or a standalone in-person or virtual session such as a webinar, seminar, workshop, or on-demand learning opportunity. Opportunity selection will be based on content, audience, and timing.

Before you begin completing the form, please ensure you are prepared to provide:

  • Presenter/s information (name, title, organization, email, and a brief bio)
  • A 100-word session description
  • Clear learning objective(s)
  • A 1– 3 minute video summarizing your idea, listing practical takeaways, and featuring all presenters on camera. (You will be judged on content, not production quality).
  • Contact information for one professional reference who can attest to your subject matter expertise and facilitation style and quality

Presenter Guidelines

A co-presenter is optional. If you choose to include one, we strongly encourage collaboration with a presenter from another institution and region.
