Maja DjikicMaja Djikic, Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and HR Management and Executive Director of the Self-Development Laboratory, Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto

Maja Djikic, Ph.D. is a personality psychologist specializing in adult development. She is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and HR Management, the Executive Director of the Self-Development Laboratory, and the Academic Director of the Rotman Executive Coaching Certificate program at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. Her research has been featured in over 50 media outlets (including The New York Times, Salon, Slate, Scientific American Mind), in 15 countries. Thinkers50 has selected Maja as one of 30 thinkers around the world whose ideas have the potential to shape the future of organizations. Her first book, The Possible Self: A Leader’s Guide to Personal Development, was published in March 2024 by Berrett-Koehler Publishers.

Marianne W. Lewis is dean and professor of management at the Lindner College of Business, University of Cincinnati. She previously served as dean of Cass (now named Bayes) Business School at City, University of London. Renowned for her research on organizational paradoxes surrounding leadership, her latest book Both/And Thinking: Embracing Creative Tensions to Solve Your Toughest Problems is published by Harvard Business Review. Lewis has been recognized among the world’s most-cited researchers in her field (Web of Science) and received the Decade Award (2021) from the Academy of Management Review. Her work also appears in such media outlets as Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, Newsweek, and MarketWatch and received the Thinkers50 Breakthrough Award for 2023.
