As one of the leading business schools in Asia, the Lee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB) at Singapore Management University (SMU) combines academic excellence, a focus on Asia, and a view to having a meaningful impact on the world. It is home to an extraordinary group of faculty, administrative leaders, students and alumni.

Our 120-strong faculty, thought leaders in strategy, finance, marketing, operations management, organisational behaviour, and communications, generate and disseminate ground-breaking ideas to tackle Asian issues of global relevance, with real impact on management practice and policy through global collaborations with industry and government.

They also bring these ideas into our classrooms, where they interact with more than 5,000 students in our distinctive, truly transformative and innovative learning environment, with small classes, specialisation flexibility, and highly-interactive, engaged and technology-enhanced learning.

We offer an extensive suite of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, including an MBA, Executive MBA, and general and specialist Master’s programmes in a range of subjects. Our programmes are designed for in-depth specialisation, connectedness with industry, and provide a global outlook and experience. 

We also work closely with students to kick-start their dream career, and upon graduation, our students will join our 17,000-strong alumni base, a group of successful and entrepreneurial leaders in business and society, with LKCSB having one of the best track records for undergraduate employment success in the region.
