Nankai University, located in Tianjin, China, was founded in 1919 by two famous educators, Mr. Boling Zhang and Mr. Xiu Yan.

Nankai Business School, originally founded in 1929, is one of the oldest schools of Nankai University. The mission of the school at that time was to educate management professionals for business community and to assist China to get prosperous. The school has always committed to educating students to improve themselves and inspiring them by Nankai's motto: dedication to public interests, acquisition of all-round capability, and aspiration for progress with each passing day.

Nankai Business School is a member of Association of Asia-Pacific Business Schools (AAPBS) and earned AACSB accreditation, showing a growing international profile in business administration education.
