The past three years have been both an adventurous and productive time for the Goodman School of Business (Goodman). The School made great strides in fulfilling its strategic goal: to be a leading business school in experiential education and scholarly activities. Goodman successes included being ranked by Maclean’s magazine as one of Canada’s top 20 business schools, receiving prestigious international accolades for the School’s social and economic contributions and being the only Canadian member of the International Partnership of Business Schools (IPBS) network.

In 2022, our School celebrated a significant 10-year milestone since being named Goodman. The late Dr. Ned Goodman gave his name, reputation, and the resources to make Goodman who we are today. Being named signaled to the external business community that a prominent Canadian trailblazer saw value in the School and the work Goodman was undertaking, while also generating a profound sense of pride for both students, staff and faculty. In 2023, Goodman developed its Strategic Plan for the next five years and its vision of leading with meaningful and sustainable impact. In 2024, Goodman joined an illustrious group of global business schools as a signatory of the UN Principles of Responsible Management Education, setting forward our journey towards positive societal impact that began several years back.

Goodman is proud of the achievements of its program graduates and the impact the program continues to yield on the local and regional economy through its longstanding commitment to delivering meaningful undergraduate and graduate education that drives sustainable economic growth.
