Join us for a welcome message from Stephanie Bryant, followed by the opening keynote session. Hear from Ludmila Praslova as she delves into the crucial significance of intersectionality in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. While race, gender, and sexual orientation often take the forefront in such discussions, Praslova will shed light on the less-discussed facets of identity such as neurodiversity, ability, and socioeconomic background. Drawing from her extensive research, she will provide actionable insights on integrating these elements into business school DEI initiatives.

The State of DEI in Business Schools 2024 Study is a collaborative research project between BUSDEIC (BusSchool DEI Collaborative) and the DEI Division of the Academy of Management.
