Many times people shy away from having "the tough conversations." As educators, we need to breakaway from that discomfort and create a space for our learners to self-reflect, self-interrogate, and above all, ask questions! Personal stories were shared (cultural humility) and steps to actively engage in using DEI to disrupt and dismantle constraints were discussed. I left feeling energized and inspired.
—Ramina W. Benjamin, Ed.D., Nova Southeastern University
Attending the AACSB Bridge Program was one of the best decisions of my career.  As a C-level executive, I was looking to follow my lifelong aspiration of becoming a full-time faculty member at a college or university.  The Bridge Program gave me the tools to manage the transition from business leader to professor at the James F. Dicke College of Business Administration at Ohio Northern University.  More importantly, the Bridge Program opened the door to interviews that would likely not have happened without it.  I now have the privilege of continuing my career by delivering the mission of the Dicke College to our students: to develop business and civic leaders for a changing world who are ethical, entrepreneurial, and engaged.
—Matthew A. Phillips, Assistant Professor, James F. Dicke College of Business Administration, Ohio Northern University
My week in the AACSB Bridge Program was fun and enlightening. In addition to learning how challenging it is to do teaching well, and getting a lot of excellent instruction in how to go about it, I got to spend a week with a very interesting, diverse, and sociable group of business and professional people.
