“Greenest” building in MIT history ready to welcome new MBAs
(September, 2010). Building E62, the newest, largest, and greenest building
ever constructed at the MIT Sloan School of Management, is now open to
receive this year’s MBA class. The 215,000 square foot, US$142 million
building, which includes more than 200 offices, classrooms, and space for
group study and other activities, will enable all MIT Sloan faculty members
to be based in one building for the first time in decades.

New RBS Building Expansion Planned on Livingstone Campus
(September, 2010). The new Rutgers Business School building and Hotel and
Conference Center planned for the Livingston Campus will launch the
university's long-term initiative to develop the campus into a center for
business and professional studies.

million gift from the Boeing Corporation to help the school construct a

New Design Positions SUNY Albany School of Business as Hub for
Commercialization, Entrepreneurship, and Community Connections
(August, 2010). The University at Albany-SUNY has unveiled the architectural
design for its new 96,000-square-foot School of Business building. Designed
by Perkins+Will, the building will integrate Leadership in Energy and
Environmental Design (LEED) measures that will improve water efficiency and
indoor environmental quality, reduce CO2 emissions, save energy, and husband
natural resources. Completion is scheduled for 2013.

Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Business Faculty Moves into a New
Teaching Building this Summer
(August, 2010). Starting this summer, Faculty of Business
Administration of CUHK will move into a new teaching building—a 15-level
complex covering a total area of 20,000 square meters.

Spotlight: National University of Singapore
Within the nine-storey tall, 16,800 sqm building is a soaring five-storey
atrium that will serve as a focal point as well as a perfect place for
corporate events. Much thought has been given to facilitate the exchange of
ideas and knowledge, so throughout the building, there is a series of
informal interaction zones to encourage discussions. Classrooms,
meeting and seminar rooms, study spaces, executive dining areas, and even a
cafe and a dedicated Alumni Lounge are all cleverly integrated.
