Business Accreditation Statistical Reports
This report provides comprehensive information on a group of schools selected by
you (minimum of three schools). The report includes each school's basic
characteristics; a comparative analysis (financial, admissions, employment,
faculty qualifications, and key ratios); and detailed information about degree
programs. Additional detail about the report can be found below. During a school's accreditation review year, this report, titled
"Business Accreditation Statistical Report" is prepared by Knowledge
Services based upon comparable and aspirant schools identified by the host
school and provided to AACSB Accreditation. AACSB Accreditation staff officially distributes the reports to the host school and peer review
teams. In between accreditation review years, this same report is titled
"Non-Review Year Business Accreditation Statistical
Report." Non-accredited members, including those in candidacy, are eligible
to receive these reports if they complete the Business School Questionnaire
(Parts A-K).

How to get this report: this report is available only to AACSB members
that participate in the Business School Questionnaire. The
first two reports (per survey year) are at no charge. From the side
navigation bar, select "Custom Reports" under "Members
Only" (Id and password protected), then log in to DataDirect to create your
comparison groups and report. The survey year defaults to the most current
year's available data. If your school is not yet subscribed to DataDirect,

but participated in the BSQ and are ready to receive your free custom reports,

Additional detail of the three sections in the report:
Overview – Provides basic information about the characteristics of
each school in the comparison group. Data are attributed to each school (table
format) and includes the following: mission, accreditation status, Carnegie
classification (US), public/private (US), calendar system, country, state, operating
budget, endowment, full-time faculty, percent of full-time faculty with doctoral
degrees, degrees conferred and enrollment by program level.
Comparative Analysis – Provides data on host school with maximum,
median and minimum percentiles in the comparison group (data aggregated). Data
includes financial information (sources of funds and uses of funds by category),
participants (student admissions, post-graduate employment, faculty
qualifications), and key ratios (e.g. degrees to faculty, degrees to staff).
Degree Programs in Business – Provides detailed information about the
degree programs of each school in the comparison group, including degree titles,
primary and sub-emphases, field/discipline categories, delivery modes (e.g.
full-time, part-time, distance, online, off-campus, etc.) for each school in the
comparison group.
