Assessment (ALA) is a 360-degree personal development tool designed specifically
for academic leaders (deans, associate/assistant deans, and department chairs).
It provides academic leaders with meaningful and confidential feedback on how
other administrators, coworkers, faculty, and external stakeholders perceive
their leadership skills.
Reports, Publications, etc: Using data gathered in member surveys and other
sources, Knowledge Services prepares management education industry-wide and
custom statistical (benchmarking) reports. Find report descriptions,

Resource Centers: Knowledge Services has developed a series of online resource
centers designed to provide management educators with information, effective
practices, tools, and resources on a variety of important topics. These
