About the Hotel The closest 400 room hotel to DIA
with a free airport shuttle, the Renaissance
Denver Hotel is conveniently located midway
between Denver International Airport and
Downtown Denver. Centered in the Stapleton
redevelopment area, the largest urban
redevelopment project in the world, the Hotel is
in close proximity to many attractions. The
crown jewels of the Stapleton area are the new
Shops at Northfields and Dick's Sporting Goods
Park, home of the Colorado Rapids. As a proud
sponsor of the DSG Park, the Renaissance Denver
is the "official home of the Rapids" and located
within minutes from the fields.
Hotel Reservations Each delegate is responsible for
making his or her own hotel reservation. The
cost of the hotel room is not included in the
registration fee. Any guestroom changes,
cancellations, etc., are the delegate’s
responsibility and must be made directly with
the hotel according to the guidelines below in
order to avoid financial penalty. A room block
is being held at the Renaissance Denver Hotel
for AACSB International Conference participants.
Preferred room rate is 149 USD per night, single
or double occupancy, plus tax. When making
reservations, please ask for the AACSB
Conference block to receive the preferred room
rate. The Renaissance Denver Hotel must be
contacted no later than May 24, 2010 to receive
the group discount room rate. Sleeping rooms are
based on availability and may sell out prior to
the cutoff date.
Hotel Cancellation Policy All reservations must
be guaranteed with a major credit card or a
first night’s room and tax deposit.

Denver
International Airport (DEN)
is approximately 17 miles from the Renaissance
Denver Hotel. A taxi will cost around 18 USD one
way.
The Renaissance Denver
Hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle
service to all guests. Please call the hotel
ahead of your travels to arrange this service.
The hotel offers
complementary self parking or valet parking for
a rate of 6 USD per day.
